Made both of these recipes tonight for myself and my parents. We loved them, thank you!! Didn’t have Sherry so used Sauvingnon Blanc for the chicken, and lemon juice for the carrots. Need to find some Sherry though (I live in Houston). Any brands you recommend? Thinking I may need to order it online.
